Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 16, 2026 · Applies to the CRYPTO NOVΛ mobile application for iOS (bundle ID com.cryptonova)

This Privacy Policy explains what information the CRYPTO NOVΛ app ("App", "we", "us") collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. The App is operated by Dmytro Sukhyna ("Operator"). Contact: cryptonova.app@gmail.com.

1. Information we collect

We do not collect your precise location, contacts, photos, health or financial account data. Payments are processed by Apple; we never see your card details.

2. How we use information

• To provide the App: sign-in, portfolio, signals, notifications, subscriptions.
• To run the optional auto-trading bot using the exchange API keys you provide.
• To understand how the App is used and improve it (analytics).
• To measure our advertising campaigns and attribute installs (Meta), only if you allow tracking.
• To diagnose crashes and errors.

3. Tracking and advertising

The App includes the Meta (Facebook) SDK. On first launch iOS asks whether you allow the App to track you. If you allow, the device advertising identifier and app events (install, launch, registration, subscription) are shared with Meta Platforms to measure and optimize our ads. If you decline, no advertising identifier is shared and Meta receives only aggregated, non-identifying attribution data via Apple's SKAdNetwork. You can change this at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. We do not show third-party ads inside the App.

5. Exchange API keys

API keys are optional and needed only for the auto-trading bot. They are transmitted over HTTPS and stored on our server to execute trades on your behalf. We recommend creating keys with trading permission only and without withdrawal permission. You can delete your keys at any time in Profile → Bot management, or by deleting your account.

6. Data retention

Account data is kept while your account exists. Crash and analytics data is retained by the respective provider for up to 14 months (Firebase) or as described in their policies. When you delete your account, your account record, portfolio, API keys and push token are deleted from our server within 30 days; backups are purged within 90 days.

7. Your rights and choices

• Delete your account in the App: Profile → Delete account. Instructions: delete.html.
• Access, correct or export your data — email us at cryptonova.app@gmail.com. We respond within 30 days.
• Tracking — iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
• Notifications — iOS Settings → Notifications, or inside the App.
• If you are in the EU/EEA or UK you have the rights under the GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection) and may lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. If you are a California resident you have the rights under the CCPA/CPRA; we do not sell personal information, but sharing the advertising identifier with Meta may be considered "sharing" for cross-context advertising — you can opt out by declining tracking.

8. Security

All traffic between the App and our servers is encrypted (HTTPS/TLS). Access to the server is restricted to the Operator. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; please keep your device and exchange account protected with strong passwords and two-factor authentication.

9. Children

The App is not intended for persons under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

10. International transfers

Our server is located in the European Union. Third-party providers listed above may process data in the United States and other countries under their own safeguards (e.g. standard contractual clauses).

11. Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top will change and, for material changes, we will notify you in the App. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
